This block is used to tile the surface when you have specific latitude/longitude values you wish to use.

== Assumptions ==
 * You have an initial shape model
 * You have run [[process_fits]] and [[make_sumfiles]] successfully
 * XXX120.SEED is copied into the scripts/ directory

== User inputs ==
<path> is the path to the working directory

== Procedure ==
