For each top directory in SPC-share and /SPC_Test we need a README that describes the following

README
	* Purpose of the directory
	* Major subdirectories and their function
	* Who created it
	* Log
		* Date
			* What changes were made
		* Date 
			* More changes
		* etc.



== Test Log Files ==
For each major step (such as a sequence of tiling and iterations), please create a log file in the working directory.  When you start a tiling sequence, update it to the current info

	*Who is running the test	
	*Test Number/Subtest
	*Test Name
	*What is the goal of the test
	*Log
		*Date
			*Major procedures or techniques
			*Names of BIGMAPs created
			*Parameters used for tiling or other actions
			*Seed file used for make_script*.seed and changes to that file
			*Problems noted and solutions used
