Procedure for obtaining .DAT, .NOM, and .SUM files from kernels.

The subset of images processed in this test is the set of Approach, Preliminary Survey, and Detailed Survey MapCam and PolyCam images which lie wholly or partially within the 50m x 50m region centered on TAG Site 1 (center: -8.027, 262.768 lat, wlong). 

The working test directory contains:
 * IMAGEFILES, a symbolic link which points to the entire Approach, Preliminary Survey and Detailed Survey image suite (.DAT files);
 * NOMINALS and SUMFILES sub-directories containing .NOM and .SUM files for the image subset;
 * PICTLIST.TXT listing the subset of images.
