Differences between revisions 2 and 5 (spanning 3 versions)

update_infiles

Reviews landmarks and builds files needed for batch processing. Basically, it looks in the landmarks directory and builds a long list of the files that other programs need. Generates files used by:

["coverage.e"]
["map_coverage.e"]
