Output will include updated SUMFILES with the improved locations. Additionally, especially for interum processing, the runLog.txt has the output, which includes residuals as well as offsets from autocorrelate.

For the last one, shape model, the resolution of the shape model is too low to be useful (no auto correlate), but I did end the run with that selected. Thus, it generates TEMPEFILE.pgm/ppm that shows it worked (partially) for testing.

Output must show that the position of the image moved (and correctly according to instructions)
