Using make_lmrklistX

This routine reads the landmarks in the LMRKLIST.TXT file and then from the corresponding landmark files reads the size, scale, landmark position vector from the center of the body to center of the landmark and the number of pictures containing the landmark and writes these values out to the LMRKLISTX.TXT.
