Use notes

You need to invoke monitor from the main SPC working directory (parallel to INIT_LITHOS, etc.)

Using monitor to run multiple lithosP iterations

1. make_scriptP | tee run-sh.
2. sh run.sh
3. monitor
4. d (deamon menu)
5. S (start the deamon; note that the window doesn't update)
6. T (turn off terminate)
