You need to invoke monitor from the main SPC working directory (parallel to INIT_LITHOS, etc.)
Using monitor to run multiple lithosP iterations
- make_scriptP | tee run-sh.
- sh run.sh
- monitor
- d (deamon menu)
- S (start the deamon; note that the window doesn't update)
- T (turn off terminate)
