• standard_autoregister_script

Use this script to autoregister (load landmarks onto new image).

Make a symbolic link from that file to the standard name used by make_scriptR

rm make_scriptA.seed
ln -s scripts/make_scriptA.seed make_scriptA.seed
ls -l make_scriptA.seed

Filename should be

scripts/make_scriptA.seed
