Description
This program is a "light" version of bigmap. It's designed to be run in parallel to make many bigmaps at once with the script maker MAKE_TILESP.
bigmapL is primarily used in the production of ZMAPS. ZMAPS is just a convention used to sub-divide a global surface into 5° bins.
